Onboarding programme for T-Mobile

Together with T Mobile, POMTW developed a new onboarding program in which interaction, gaming, fun and discovering the organization are the common thread. New employees immediately tasted the atmosphere of the company and left the program well informed and with a ‘magenta heart’ afterwards.
