We believe that organisations are a lot more effective when we reconnect with each other and our customers. Inspiring people and getting organisations into a flow. Not through ’employee engagement’, but through involvement from all sides: ‘organisational engagement’.

This requires a different mindset. Managers are increasingly becoming facilitators of a new way of communicating and co-creating. Not standing opposite each other, but side by side. Not convincing but asking questions. Not instructing but facilitating. Looking shoulder to shoulder to the future, each from his own role and place within the organisation. Why make things difficult when you can do it together?

Why does it work? Because we do what we believe in. Based on mutual trust, discussion, commitment, and responsibility. So practice what you preach.
