Future exploration for VNB, SBR Nexus and NPRC

Under the leadership of POMTW, the VNB foundation – which largely depends on volunteers and members for its activities – explored the future together with its members and stakeholders. Ruud Fokker, then director of VNB, about this collaboration: “A beautiful and intensive process, in which POMTW had an initiating but above all supporting role. Working together, shoulder to shoulder, professional and refreshing. The visual dialogues are enormously reinforcing and give all those involved a lot of energy. POMTW is a wonderful club to explore the future together and formulate a clear strategy.”

For SBR Nexus, 2018 entered a new phase in the company’s development and strategy. Together with POMTW, the management has explored and literally visualised the future, laying the foundation for SBR Nexus for inspiring conversations with its stakeholders.

Stefan Meeusen, then director of the NPRC (cooperative for inland skippers) about the contribution of POMTW in dialogue sessions with their members: “To me, POMTW stands for building involvement in an extremely positive dynamic. That was exactly what we needed in our cooperation. It’s fantastic when two people understand what an organization needs so quickly. A great collaboration with this club.”
